Each day I’m reminded why I spearheaded the censure of Congressman Tony Gonzales, and the introduction of legislation that prioritizes job-seeking foreigners during our nation’s turbulent economic situation is yet one more example!

Rep. Gonzales attempted to rationalize this by saying, ‘It highlights to American workers that some of these jobs aren’t necessarily seasonal anymore. So, it gives them an encouragement for American workers to go apply for these jobs’. 

Yes, you read that right! AmnesTony’s logic for presenting legislation that focuses on empowering foreigners to gain employment in our nation is that Americans will now see the merit of applying for such jobs.
