Team, we are on the brink of accountability.

Special Counsel Jack Smith has issued a warning to Donald Trump that he is the target of yet another criminal investigation. This time, it’s about his involvement in the January 6th insurrection.

Make no mistake: We need accountability from Trump and everyone else involved in the attempt to overturn the 2020 election and instigate the insurrection on January 6th. But in order to do so, we need absolute certainty that there is enough air-tight evidence before delivering a third indictment for the former President.
