Iowans cannot trust Joni Ernst and Donald Trump to protect their health insurance.

In the President's 2021 budget, Trump is proposing cuts to Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security -- a trifecta of essential programs for Iowa's families. And we know that Joni will vote anyway Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell will tell her to.

We need a senator who will protect healthcare from special interests. That's why we stand with Admiral Franken. He won't support restrictions on access. He won't cut funding. And he'll stand up to anyone who would.

But he can't win without your support. Can you chip in right now?

As you well know, Mike is a fan of smart policy and breaking things down by the numbers:

Our state has nearly 650,000 Iowans who receive some form of Social Security. Nearly half a million of these citizens paid into the system their entire life and 77,000 of them are disabled.

613,000 Iowans are enrolled in Medicaid and 77,000 children rely on Childhood Health Insurance Program (CHIP) benefits.

And a staggering 20% of Iowans are covered by Medicare.

Cutting and restricting such essential benefits is cruel and targets the most vulnerable among us. But as Joni remains quiet in public, she tells her donors it's time to make changes to funding these programs. No one can expect an explanation from her -- except her friends and donors.

Help us elect Mike Franken. He'll never back down when it comes to protecting Iowans' access to essential benefits.
