The president announced his 2021 Federal Budget proposal. It includes cuts to healthcare, social safety net programs, and housing to pay for a useless border wall. It slashes student loan forgiveness and anti-hunger programs to extend tax cuts for the well-off and well-connected.
Trump’s plan makes America weaker, sicker, and poorer, all while increasing funding for his cruel anti-immigrant policies and made-for-TV pet projects.
I believe Congress should and will reject Trump’s proposed budget, but I’m interested in hearing your thoughts now:
