Tomorrow, Gov. Justice will be joined by WV DNR Director Brett McMillion and WV DMV Commissioner Everett Frazier for special announcements. West Virginia Tax Commissioner Matt Irby will also be on hand to explain how to take advantage of the new personal property tax credit.
