In less than one week, Judge Janet Protasiewicz is seated on our State Supreme Court. This means after more than a decade of having our State’s judiciary controlled by the far right, we’ll finally have a balanced, fair Supreme Court.

This is huge news for everyday Wisconsinites who are living with less rights and freedoms than their parents and grandparents.

It means that we finally could repeal the cruel, archaic 1849 abortion ban from our state statute giving women the right to control their own bodies. And it means that after years of gerrymandered lines designed to keep Republicans in power, we finally have a shot at fair maps in our state legislature!

It's no secret that Wisconsin is one of the most gerrymandered states in the country. But the rigged Republican system could all come crashing down thanks to our new, fair, and impartial Supreme Court. And Senate Democrats must be ready to compete for the majority!
