Cucumbers with Peanut Sauce
Who wants to steam up the kitchen on a 90 degree day? Not us!
No heat is needed for this refreshing and hearty dish of cool cucumbers and smooth, rich, peanut sauce.
It's delicious made with cilantro or beautiful purple and green shiso, also called perilla or Chinese basil. Have it as a quick lunch or serve it over rice with grilled chicken.
