We just filed an urgent lawsuit against Attorney General Merrick Garland and Biden’s DOJ for failing to enforce federal law which requires Hunter Biden to register as a foreign agent.

Further, we have uncovered more evidence of serious corruption at the Department of Justice, which points to a cover up of Joe & Hunter Biden's foreign influence peddling operation.  

In March, our litigation forced the National Archives & Records Administration (NARA) to release emails that clearly show Hunter Biden directly represented Burisma in its dealings with the White House. Hunter was both a board member of Burisma, a “foreign principal” under law, yet he was allowed to operate secretly as a foreign agent, violating federal law without consequence.  

I’m extremely proud that, once again, America First Legal is leading the investigations into, and the exposure of, the corruption of the Biden Family and Merrick Garland’s DOJ.
