Friend –

Thank you for your continued interest in the ACLU of Wisconsin. As a supporter of the ACLU of Wisconsin, you are part of a powerful network made of millions of informed, engaged, and passionate citizens committed to defending civil rights and liberties. Together we'll fight in the courts, in legislatures, and in our communities. And together we'll win!

We can't wait to share all of this, but first, we'd like to take the opportunity to introduce our ACLU of Wisconsin Foundation Development Team to you.

Tina Itson, <[link removed]> Development Director, oversees the overall annual giving to the ACLU of Wisconsin and ACLU of Wisconsin Foundation, working with ACLU staff and board members to tell the story of the ACLU and encourage financial support and membership to the affiliate. ([email protected])

Peris X. Flagg, <[link removed]> Development Project Manager, executes interdepartmental liaison work for the Development Department, focusing on capacity-building that aligns with ACLU of Wisconsin and ACLU of Wisconsin Foundation mission and community-centric fundraising principles. (mailto:[email protected])

Zachary Kester, <[link removed]> Development Relations Manager, supports the Development team with research, message drafting, small donor gatherings, donor communications, and ongoing cultivation, solicitation & stewardship of existing and new donors. ([email protected])

Kate Braun, <[link removed]> Grant Writer, researches, writes, and applies for various grant-based funding sources to support the work of the ACLU of Wisconsin. ([email protected])

Of course, the efforts of the ACLU of Wisconsin Development Team are led by the ACLU of Wisconsin Executive Director, Dr. Melinda Q. Brennan – who was recently named a 2023 Women of Influence <[link removed]> by the Milwaukee Business Journal! Learn more <[link removed]> about the experience and vision Dr. Brennan brings to the role, and the ACLU of Wisconsin. ([email protected])

In the coming weeks, a member of the ACLU of Wisconsin Development Team will reach out to you to connect with you and learn more about your ACLU story. Also, by signing up for ACLU emails, <[link removed]> you'll receive updates on our most urgent community and advocacy efforts, messages from ACLU of Wisconsin, and regular newsletters rounding up the most important civil liberties issues of the month. You'll learn how to get directly involved in the fight for immigrants' rights, reproductive freedom, voting rights, free speech, LGBTQ+ rights, and more.

Sincerely,

ACLU of Wisconsin Development Team
