Dear John,

In a moral society, everyone should be able to afford the medicine they need, period.

Hopefully you saw my note yesterday. We have a HUGE bill hearing coming up tomorrow (2/19) to take on Big Pharma and out of control prescription drug prices.

Together, we can change the rules. Take powerful action right now.

Before tomorrow’s bill hearing, we need EVERY state legislator to hear about the Prescription Drug Affordability Commission bill. Email your state legislators right now. Be sure to customize your message to make it impactful as possible.

There’s no reason why a basic antibiotic should cost $375. Or why insulin, a drug that’s been around for a century should be priced at $700 for a month’s supply.

Around the world, people can afford their medicine because governments don’t allow unexplainable price-gouging. Minnesotans should be able to afford our prescriptions too.

We need YOU to take powerful action now. Going up against Big Pharma is no joke—we need every legislator to hear about this bill before tomorrow’s hearing and commit to standing #WiththePeople.

Email your legislators right now. This powerful action takes only a minute. Make the biggest impact you can by customizing the email with your story or personal message.

Send me and email if you have any questions. I’ll loop back with you soon.
