Multiple news outlets and fundraising analysts are reporting that grassroots fundraising has fallen off sharply across the board for political campaigns and nonprofits – as much as 50% compared to the first half of 2021 according to one firm’s analysis.
This trend is affecting EVERY campaign, both Democrat and Republican, at every level.
This news is a real wake-up call, because the universal decline in grassroots giving means more candidates are going to turn to corporate PACs to fund their campaigns – especially presidential candidates.
