I’m reaching out personally today to let you know that my team and I are concerned we’re not going to hit our monthly fundraising goal.

We knew going into July that it would be a slower month for grassroots fundraising. Earlier this month, I was grateful to spend time with so many constituents while walking in parades and celebrating Independence Day in Northwest Indiana, and as a result spent less time fundraising.

I never want to have to compromise my time spent in the community in order to meet our fundraising goals, but the reality is that, as a top target of the National Republican Congressional Committee, we have to take these goals seriously.

That’s why I’m humbly asking for your support. John, can you chip in $10, or any amount to help us get back on track? If everyone reading this pitches in, we’ll be right on pace to meet our monthly goal.
