Hi John, Here’s a quick update how Mike is doing what’s right for hardworking Hoosiers in America!
He recently introduced his PRO Act Amendment which would return the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to its intended purpose: an independent federal agency that acts as an impartial body in deciding cases related to the National Labor Relations Act, doing away with recent Democrat-led partisanship. |
This Amendment would END the partisanship at the NLRB by (1) increasing the number of Board Members from its current number of 5, to become 6, and (2) requiring an even split of Republicans and Democrats sitting on the Board.
All Board Members would be required to unanimously approve all decisions to ensure bipartisanship. Additionally, this will allow for greater worker representation and business resolution by allowing employee/employer disputes to be fast-tracked to a federal court of appeals if the NLRB fails to reach an agreement within one year of the case being filed. |
Democratic-Socialist Senator Bernie Sanders is adamantly opposed to Mike’s PRO Act Amendment, and the thought of American workers having the ability to effectively circumvent ridiculous dues-driven labor unions. That should tell you everything you need to know, John! How about it…are you with Mike on this one?
