Travel to Vietnam: Take Advantage of Early-Bird Pricing!

International, Inc. to travel to China, the Chamber is excited to announce that we will be traveling to a new location this year -- Vietnam! From November 8-17, Chamber members and guests will have the opportunity to visit memorable sites in Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, and Hoi An, and will visit the city of Saigon to explore the 4 mythical islets of the Dragon, Unicorn, and paradise located in Mekong Delta.

The all-inclusive package for this amazing 9-day vacation is only $2,499 for members. The member rate is open to all Chamber member businesses and referrals (including friends & family). Make sure to take advantage of the early-bird registration rate for members which ends May 29, and don't miss our free information session on March 30 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the Arlington Chamber of Commerce - VIDA Fitness Boardroom.

Trip Package

An unforgettable trip to Vietnam doesn't have to be stressful. With this all-inclusive package, your travel and destinations are planned for you, so all you have to do is enjoy the amazing experience!

Package Includes:

Roundtrip international airfare with departure from Washington Dulles International Airport
Vietnamese domestic airfare
5 star hotel accommodations
Deluxe tour bus
English speaking tour guide in each city
3 meals each day
Fees for all tour attractions on the itinerary
Airport taxes
Airfuel surcharge

Pricing:

Chamber Members: $2,499*

Nonmembers: $2,699*

*Register by May 29 to get the early-bird rate! Prices will increase by $100 after this date.

Rates based on double occupancy. There is a $500 fee for travelers who choose to have a single room.

Registration:

To register, complete the Vietnam trip registration form and return to the Chamber office.

Note:

A non-refundable deposit of $400 per person is required and due at the time of registration. The deposit will be deducted from your total trip fare, the balance of which will be due by the registration deadline of July 10. Visa and Passport are required for the trip.
