John,
Summertime is meant to be the season of getting outside and enjoying great weather. Not this year.
From coast to coast, it’s been the summer of climate change. All along the Sun Belt, we’re seeing record breaking temperatures and heat waves, with some areas reaching nearly a month straight of temperatures at 100 degrees or more . Add that to the wildfire smoke filling our skies and lungs on the East Coast, and it’s been a summer to stay indoors.

If we don’t do something to stop it, our planet will only continue to get hotter, with disastrous effects from rising sea levels, extreme storms, and sweltering summers being the least of it. We can only do that by fighting for climate-friendly policies and electing green candidates up and down the ballot in 2024. Will you join our fight for a greener America? [[link removed]]
FUEL OUR FIGHT » [[link removed]]We can’t let these records keep being broken year after year. We need to take action now to combat climate change and try to save our warming planet. Can you help SEEC Members in their work in trying to combat climate change before it’s too late? [[link removed]]
