Hi John,
I’m Bijou, Congresswoman Luria’s cat. She calls me “Kitty” -- I call her “Mom.”
I give Elaine a helping paw during busy days and I’ll be honest -- it’s a lot of work.

When Elaine is calling supporters, I don’t get my naps in.

When Elaine hits the campaign trail first thing in the morning, that means I have to wake up early.

And when Elaine and Violette run in and out of the house between events, it makes a lot of noise.
Listen, it’s not easy to give up naps for Elaine’s busy schedule -- but I make it work because I know representing you all in Congress is important to her.
But here’s the thing: we’re halfway to Elaine’s FEC deadline and she's behind on her fundraising goal. That means she’s been calling more supporters, going to more events, and working extra hard to make up the difference.
It’s been a lot, and I need a nap. That’s why I’m reaching out. So what do you say John -- will you chip in and help Elaine get back on track to meet her FEC fundraising goal?
