Last fall, we began a rollout of in-depth resources to help our members adapt the Principles for Peak Grantmaking in your work – leading the way to practice change that results in more equitable, efficient, and effective grantmaking. We started with our first guiding Principle: Tie Practice to Values.
This month, we advance the initiative with the release of our second set of recommendations, resources, and tools – all designed to help you Narrow the Power Gap.
Many of the Narrow the Power Gap resources have their origin in Project Streamline. We’ve updated and expanded those recommendations for streamlining and more efficient practices, tying them to organization-wide values related to partnership, trust, openness, and responsiveness, to make them even more powerful.
With gratitude to the many partners that contributed to Project Streamline and the Principles initiative, we hope you’ll find that the resources you know and love are now even more timely, relevant, and impactful.
