Yesterday, we did what we do best: we organized, we showed up, and we put the pressure on legislators. We held a press conference in downtown Green Bay yesterday with local residents who are dealing with PFAS contamination – and made sure the senators authoring the current PFAS bill heard our voices.

As you know, we are in the midst of running a major campaign to tell key legislators working on the PFAS bill (SB 312) that the bill must be rewritten to uphold Wisconsin’s Spills Law, so the DNR retains the power to hold polluters accountable.
Because of your support, we were able to invest $20,000 into digital advertisements targeting Sens. Eric Wimberger, Robert Cowles, and Mary Felzkowski – the senators communities with severe PFAS contamination.
We promised you we would stop at nothing to ensure this bill prioritizes the health of communities and properly allocates the $125 million from the state budget to the people who need it most. We are holding true to that promise, but it’s not over yet. Here are three things you can do to get us over the finish line:
