Purpose: Proposed project would replace the existing Pelican Island Causeway (Seawolf Parkway) lift bridge with a fixed span bridge structure and reroute a portion of Seawolf Parkway around the north side of the Texas A&M Galveston Campus.

Purpose: The purpose of this notice is to advise the public that a draft environmental assessment (EA) is available for public review and that the City of Pharr is affording an opportunity for a public hearing on the proposed project Phar-Reynosa International Bridge Expansion from the international boundary with Mexico (Rio Grande River) and the Pharr Port of Entry (POE) in Hidalgo County, Texas.
