Another Great Reason to Come to Scottsdale

Dear John,
At the 30 Years of Alzheimer’s Prevention Conference on September 30-October 1, 2023, the weather will be nice and pleasant, I can promise you that. It certainly won’t be as hot as it is now.

Another thing I can guarantee you is, you’ll love Karen Koffler, MD’s presentation. We’ve known each other since she took Andrew Weil, MD’s Integrative Medicine training program in Tucson. Since then, she’s become a great pioneer herself in helping women and men live long and well.

From Canyon Ranch in Miami Beach to now being the Medical Director of the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Miami, FL, she has been using her clinical expertise to help people from all walks of life for years.

You’ll be very happy to hear her when she leads off the Conference as our Keynote Speaker.

Dr. Koffler is a captivating presenter who will make you feel like you’re right there on this cutting edge of medicine.

In her session “Getting Stronger and Sharper with Age: What Practices Really Matter?” Dr. Koffler will address a truly holistic approach to aging and how brain health is critical to well-being, from your bones to your gut and from your immune system to your hormones.

Following her stimulating presentation, Dr. Koffler will have a more informal fireside chat and an extensive Q&A session with our conference participants.

That’s something you don’t want to miss

We at ARPF are excited to offer this truly remarkable presenter and transformational session as the keynote presentation at our 30 Years of Alzheimer’s Prevention Conference on September 30-October 1, 2023. We can’t wait to welcome you in Scottsdale.

And when you attend, you’ll receive a special gift from me, Dr. Dharma.

Yours in Brain Health,

Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D.
President / Medical Director

After testifying before Congress, Dr. Dharma Khalsa went over to meet with the US Surgeon General, Richard Carmona, MD. The Surgeon General said "Dr. Khalsa, your work should now be considered mainstream."

It was a heartwarming moment to receive recognition from such a highly regarded doctor.

The Silver Fox Classic Golf Outing
ARPF had the pleasure of attending this year’s Silver Fox Classic Golf Outing in honor of Ron S. In years’ past, weather threatened the tournament’s opening. Somehow, each year, the skies have cleared just in time for players to tee off. This year was no different. ARPF is honored to be part of remembering Ron's legacy. Read more.
Outreach
Kirtan Kriya Meditation
I am a clinical social worker in NYC working with lower-income seniors. I run a monthly Zoom group sharing and doing the powerful 12-minute Kirtan Kriya meditation that I purchased from ARPF.

These seniors love the music you guys use and the intro instructions by Dr. Khalsa.

My 96-year-old female client shared that she feels invigorated and has an enjoyable tingle in her head area after doing the 12-minute Kirtan Kriya Meditation.

Another client, an 80-year-old female, shared that she loves your version of the Sa Ta Na Ma mantra so much that she finds herself chanting and hearing it in her head when she walks and it connects her back to the joy she feels when doing the 12-minute Kirtan Kriya meditation.

In gratitude for the work you all are doing,

Mara G., LCSW
