*South Kitsap*
*SW Lake Helena Rd *is closed east of the intersection with Wicks Lake Rd SW for a culvert replacement project. Wicks Lake Rd SW access will be via single lane temporary bypass road. Follow this link to view or download detour route flyer. [ [link removed] ]
Crews are doing various maintenance activities at the location listed below. Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes:
* *Long Lake Rd SE* from Bodle Rd SE to SE Sedgwick Rd (MO-TU)
Crews are chip sealing at the location listed below. Expect significant delays longer than 10 minutes:
* *JM Dickinson Rd SW* from the roundabout at Lake Flora Rd SW to Lake Helena Rd SW (WE-FR)
*WSDOT Project Alert - Bethel Ave and Bay Street roundabout in Port Orchard*: Expect one-way alternating traffic with temporary traffic signals. Depending on weather, the roundabout will open this fall. Visit the WSDOT project page [ [link removed] ] for more info.

*Central Kitsap*
*Bangor/Keyport Sewer Project*: Expect moderate delays with single lane alternating in sections throughout entire project area from 8 am to 3 pm weekdays:
* *Clear Creek Rd NW* between Southern Boundary Rd and NW Mountain View Rd
* The shoulder is closed on *Mountain View Rd NW* between Clear Creek Rd NW and Southern Boundary Rd

Crews are milling and paving at the locations listed below. Expect significant delays longer than 10 minutes:
* *Fairgrounds Rd NW* from Central Valley Rd NE to SR303 (MO)
* *NE Fairgrounds Rd* from SR303 to Central Valley Rd NE (TU-WE)
* *NE Fairgrounds Rd* at the intersection with Old Military Rd NE (TH)

Daytime closures on *NW Sid Uhinck Dr* between NW Chena Rd and NW Mirage Ln for construction related to the new Kitsap Transit Center.
The annual *Silverdale Whaling Days* brings various restrictions and closures to Silverdale July 28 - 30. For details read the traffic advisory. [ [link removed] ]
Daytime closures through August 18 on* Illahee Rd NE* between Oceanview Blvd to Roosevelt Ave for a *North Perry Avenue Water District* water main project. Follow this link for detour route map. *WSDOT Travel Advisory Chico Creek Fish Barrier Project* - *Both directions of SR 3 to detour via Chico Way overnight July 24-27: *From 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. each following day, Monday, July 24 through Thursday, July 27, both directions of SR 3 will be reduced to one lane. That one lane will detour through the Chico Way Northwest exit and on-ramp. All lanes will reopen each following morning. For more information visit the WSDOT Project Page. [ [link removed] ]

*North Kitsap*
*NW Scandia Rd* is closed 150 yards north of NW Virginia Loop Rd for a culvert replacement project. This project is anticipated to be completed in September.
Expect moderate delays between 5 and 10 minutes on *West Kingston Rd* between Miller Ray Rd and NE School House Ln for a pavement preservation project. Single lane alternating with flaggers in place. This project is anticipated to be complete by August 18, 2023.
*NE Point No Point Rd* remains closed to through traffic while crews facilitate flood remediation work. Access to local residents and service providers is open (Emergency Services, USPS, Waste Management, parcel deliveries etc.).
