A record number of books are being banned by public libraries because of MAGA Republican attacks. Here's what President Obama had to say about them just this week:

"I hope you’ll join me in reminding anyone who will listen... that the free, robust exchange of ideas has always been at the heart of American democracy." – President Obama

These book bans are simply unconstitutional and violate the freedom of speech guaranteed by the first amendment.

From erasing our nation’s history of slavery to censoring LGBTQ+ representation, a culture war is being waged against our public libraries.
