One of the biggest challenges we’re facing right now is a workforce shortage. Pennsylvania’s minimum wage is lower than dozens of other states, so we can’t compete when other states offer to pay workers more.

And Pennsylvania’s workers should have to travel out of state to make a decent wage to support their families.
