Even Missouri's Supreme Court can't take him anymore. Big ruling on the Attorney General's attempt to take away our right to vote.

Andrew Bailey loses again.

I write all of the emails like these you get from the campaign. Not today.

Today, I want you to hear directly from Missouri's Supreme Court on how bad our Attorney General is in Missouri.

Yesterday, Missouri's Supreme Court ruled that Attorney General Andrew Bailey illegally delayed (and attempted to deny) Missourians' right to access the initiative petition and to vote.

In the initiative petition process, the state Auditor determines how much the proposal will cost taxpayers. The Attorney General is supposed to approve the Auditor's summary statement to make sure it's in the right format. Instead, Attorney General Bailey tried to order the Auditor to accept the Attorney General's inflated cost estimate for the petitions to reverse Missouri's extreme abortion ban.

Andrew Bailey asserted that he was King of Missouri and no one could tell him no. That didn't work out too well for him.

Here's what the Court had to say about our Attorney General:

And when asked whether he could break state laws and ignore our constitution when it comes to abortion, Attorney General Andrew Bailey said, “I’m going to need to spend a little more time thinking through that kind of the philosophical, moral question."

So much for the oath of office.

Andrew Bailey thinks he's King of Missouri. He violates the constitution. He breaks our laws. He has signed onto a letter demanding that states be able to access private information of women who cross state lines seeking reproductive health care. He's so extreme even members of his own party have to go to court to get him to stop breaking the law.

He's doing nothing to stop radioactive poisoning in St. Louis and St. Charles. He's done nothing to stop scammers from taking over our phones. He fights to keep innocent people locked behind bars and takes money from illegal gambling machine companies opposing him in court.

Andrew Bailey is dangerous. His willingness to expand Big Government surveillance and directives threatens the fundamental aspects of our democratic republic. He doesn't want our voices to be heard in our government because the only voice he believes matters is his own.

No one in our government is holding corrupt Andrew Bailey accountable. That job is left to the People of Missouri, and we're building a team of Missourians from all over the state to get it done and restore integrity to an office that once did so much good for our home.

As Attorney General, I will protect our right to vote, prosecute corruption, and start our state's first Civil Rights Division to fight tyrants like Andrew Bailey.

I need your help to get it done.
