We’re reaching out because we’ve got a BIG goal this year. We're making 2020 the year of kindness for people with autism, with a bold goal to achieve one million acts of kindness, big and small, by the end of 2020.

That’s where you come in! Can you join us to help us reach our goal? Acts of kindness will be collected at autismspeaks.org/kindness. There, you can: 

• Take a simple pledge to do an act of kindness today. Get creative! No act of kindness is too small to make an impact.
• Share kindness on social and join our kindness challenge.
• Sign up to host a Kindness Break and pour out kindness alongside friends and family.
• Access tools to advocate with and for people with autism in local communities.
• Shop for kindness-themed apparel to proudly display your commitment to kindness.
• Access resources to make sharing kindness easy!

Crucial to our mission is increasing global understanding and acceptance of people with autism. By challenging ourselves and our community to foster kindness all year, we will create a more inclusive, kinder world for the autism community.
