Hi chapter - It was quite an honor to receive an invitation from Greater Greater Washignton to co-host a happy hour. For those not familiar, GGW is a local media outlet focused on sustainability and urbanism. 

We will meet at Sycamore & Oak, the new small business incubator supporting Black entreprenuers, which is a 10 minute walk from the Congress Heights Metro. 
 

• The House just announced the Climate Solutions Cuacus has been relaunched. Why is this effort noteworthy? It is ingiting bipartisan dialogue on climate by requiring an equal split of R & D members.
• We had a great time with Sierra Club at the Beyond Gas House Party at Max's last night (see pics). We spoke about the need to electrify buildings, the Healthy Homes Act in DC Council (to replace gas appliances with electric), and got a demo of an induction stove. If you have natural gas in your home, sign up to get a free emissions test and help Sierra DC reach their goal of 500 homes tested!
