Purpose: This notice advises the public that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the proposed FM 1385, and that the FONSI is available for public review. The proposed project would widen FM 1385 from a 2-lane undivided roadway to a 4/6 divided urban roadway from US 380 to FM 455 in Denton County, Texas.
