Friend -
So the Supreme Court has done it again.
They hit us with a couple more gut punches, eliminating Affirmative Action and keeping our young working people down with student loan debt. And then, cut and run like the cowards they are…sessions over :-). But what is more insidious is that all of this just keeps us busy fighting for a better life while they leverage their fishing trips and lavish gifts to Supreme Court puppets so the “Villains” can make billions and billions more.
It is no coincidence that Paul Singer (fishing dealer to Justice Alito), Harlan Crowe (gift giver to Justice Thomas), and Leonard Leo (all of the conservative justice’s “sugar daddy”) have briefs in front of the Supreme Court arguing to remove fiscal and environmental legislation that will make their corporations and allies billions of dollars more.
Though they argue this is for the good of the country, it continues to concentrate wealth in the white few while working people of color fight inflation and high cost of living. If we are to succeed in fighting these forces who are funding the anti-abortion, anti-woke cultural, anti-affirmative action, and anti-working students attacks we must unite and use our strength in numbers to regain some control of our democracy.
That is why through both our campaigns, “The Villains” and “Down is What’s Up!”, we are working to unite our communities of color with a multi-racial progressive voter base around a common understanding of our shared fights.
We have common Villains and therefore need to unite to win battles from the ground all the way up to the White House.
Join us as we fight in our communities, in our target states, and across the country to prepare for the 2024 Presidential Election as well as that school board race where they are banning books that educate our children to recognize a villain when they see one. Also known as “Critical Thinking”!

PowerPAC is a social justice organization that strategically directs financial and human resources to local and state organizations working to deliver wins in legislative fights, ballot initiatives, and more. For years the money we've raised has, dollar for dollar, been given back to the communities we work with. We've made sure that your investments were being used to build power for our communities because too often we are underrepresented and ignored.
