We also filed a lawsuit a few weeks ago on behalf of Philadelphia to hold two ghost gun companies accountable. Our attorneys aren’t stopping there. A year after the Supreme Court’s dangerous Bruen decision, we published a memo analyzing the Second Amendment challenges courts have faced and found that despite the confusion surrounding the ruling, courts are still upholding many gun laws against Second Amendment challenges.
