Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville is quickly rising on the list of the absolute worst the Senate GOP has to offer, John.
That’s right, John — when originally asked if white nationalists should be allowed in the military, Tuberville simply responded, “I call them Americans.”
He also referred to the January 6th rioters as “true Americans that believe in this country.”
Tuberville might not be up for re-election this cycle, but if the GOP takes the Senate next year, his influence will continue to grow. Will you chip in $25 to help defend our narrow majority and push back against Tuberville’s white nationalist rhetoric?
Tuberville is also holding up military appointments and promotions in protest of a Defense Department policy that provides aid for employees who need to travel to access abortion services.
