Dear John,
Our hard work has finally paid off.
Tirien Steinbach, Stanford Law School's Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, has resigned.
When Judge Kyle Duncan was shouted down during a speech on campus, Steinbach didn't do her job of maintaining free speech -- she helped students escalate the disruption.
At the time, Stanford offered a limp apology. And if they won't hold her accountable, who will? Accuracy in Media, the thorn in their side.
We showed up on campus with a mobile billboard calling for her firing, and our activists sent nearly 8,000 emails to the Board to Trustees.
Our work was cited in several national publications and helped keep the pressure on Stanford.
Stanford put her on leave shortly thereafter, but she remained on faculty.
But today, Stanford announced today that Steinbach will step down. That's a win for Accuracy in Media, our activists, and free speech.
In liberty, Adam Guillette Accuracy in Media
