John, last week, I had the opportunity to host an event for two outstanding friends of mine: Rep. Greg Casar and Rep. Summer Lee!
It was great getting to introduce them to our friends and neighbors, and hearing their thoughts on our biggest issues – immigration, criminal justice reform, public safety, and more.
But I also had an amazing time celebrating people who share my passion for change, people who work in the best interest of our constituents, not corporations.

John, I am more committed than ever to the idea that the future we want is in reach if we work toward it together.
We can, and did , end cash bail in Illinois, taking steps in the right direction toward long-overdue criminal justice reform.
We can achieve comprehensive immigration reform.
We can expand healthcare access and make it more affordable.
We can hackle housing insecurity and make homeownership more attainable.
Let me be clear: the key word here is "we". Because individually, we can only do so much. But that's why partnerships on every level – from our elected officials to our friends and neighbors – are so important.
To keep working toward a future we can all be excited for, my team and I are putting in the work to set up my campaign in 2024 for success. But we know the GOP will be working just as hard to flip my seat. We need your help, John – can we count on your support? [[link removed]]
