Last Day to receive an application for ballot by mail is Friday,
February 21, 2020 @ 5:00pm. We can mail applications for the voter to
fill out and return to us or the voter can write a letter stating their
name, local address, address where they are, reason why they're voting
absentee, party preference and it must include the voters signature. The
voter can fax from out of county or mail it in to us. They may NOT walk
an application in the office if early voting has started. If mailing,
