🤝 What Is ELPN? ELPN was established in 2014 as an effort to ensure that up-and-coming leaders across the affordable housing field have the tools and resources that they need to propel the industry forward. The group works to develop housers’ expertise and knowledge across all sectors of the affordable housing field as well as to continue to grow the industry through recruitment, professional development, and advocacy.

The Commitment: The Committee meets in person every other month, working together to set ELPN priorities, determine programming, and help bring accessible and diverse trainings and other offerings throughout the year, including parties! Learn more about ELPN.
