Donald Trump is disqualified from office.
We just released a new report that lays out the overwhelming evidence that Trump not only engaged in the January 6th insurrection, but was its central cause. Because of that, Trump is disqualified from serving in any public office, including the Office of the President, under Section 3 of the Constitution’s 14th Amendment.
