I hope this email finds you well. As I step into this new role as Acting President, to lead the next chapter of our organization's remarkable journey, I am excited to announce the new Narrative Leadership Fund!  

One of TOA’s top goals is to create a vibrant community of leaders with the power and skills to overcome white supremacist narratives and build opportunity for all.

The Narrative Leadership Fund will ensure that we are able to achieve our vision, building up strong leaders who have the skills and vision to create lasting impact in the field of social justice. 

Your support will enable TOA to identify and train rising leaders and influencers with the skills and connections needed to win the narrative and culture battles of today and tomorrow. Training the next generation of narrative leaders is urgent as extremists are doing everything they can to reverse the racial justice progress of the last decades.
