Dear John,

The inspiring Emerge New Mexico Class of 2023 just rocked their fifth weekend of training on July 15th and 16th! Woohoo! We want to give you a huge shout-out for your incredible support. Without you, these training sessions could not happen.

Over the course of last Saturday and Sunday, the class achieved the following milestones:

  • Explored valuable techniques for public speaking and learned effective strategies for pivoting.
  • Acquired skills for presenting well on camera and how to deal with reporters.
  • Examined the principles and practices of inclusive leadership, with a focus on incorporating them into their campaigns.
  • Developed agility in navigating the digital campaign space.
  • Participated in a mock interview and received valuable feedback from their peers.

We appreciate our expert trainers who spent their time with the Class of 2023:

We are also grateful to Isaiah Zemke and SMART Local 49 who helped us secure this space. We could not have pulled off this class day without their support!

The Class of 2023 will have their last day of training before graduation in August to focus on the endorsements process, hear from a fabulous group of union leaders, and learn how to be an ethical leader once in office.

Would you like to ensure that future Emerge NM classes receive this

same quality of training for years for years to come?
