The NCUA Board holds its July meeting at 10 a.m. Eastern today where it is expected to hold its mid-session budget review and issue a final rule related to Federal Credit Union Bylaws. The rule, proposed in September 2022, makes changes to member expulsion procedures bylaws of federal credit unions (FCUs), which implements changes made by the NAFCU-sought Credit Union Governance Modernization Act (CUGMA).
