John -- Today, I’m proud to announce a very meaningful endorsement for our campaign: Planned Parenthood Action Fund is officially on Team Chris!  Will you help us build on the momentum from this huge endorsement with a donation today? There’s a lot at stake for women’s rights in this race: Both of the leading Republicans I’m up against have promised to defund Planned Parenthood. Tim Donnelly even wants to criminalize abortion. These extreme views simply don’t represent our community in CA-08, and it’s not what we want to see from our representative in Congress. As the only woman running on either the Democratic or the Republican side of the race, I know firsthand that a woman’s right to make decisions about her own health and family planning should not be in question. But for too long, the gender imbalance in our government has allowed male leaders to make decisions that threaten women’s freedom, their health, and even their lives.
