John, as you read this, political extremists are taking over school boards and city councils, working overtime to ban books, eliminate critical race theory, and attack LGBTQIA+ students. 

We can stop them now. But there’s a problem … only 5-10% of Americans vote in local elections! 

We must work together to reverse this tide of low voter turnout in local elections, and that’s exactly why we put together this poll for our supporters to take. Please, let us know: Do you plan to vote in your local elections?

With restrictions upon restrictions being made on topics ranging from abortion to voting (*cough* looking at YOU, gerrymandering!) and more, our local representatives are more important than ever in fighting back, and the need for progressive representation down ballot has never been greater.

Studies show that if you write down your goals, like promising to vote in local elections, you are significantly more likely to achieve them, and achieve better outcomes for our communities across the across the board.
