Friend, everyone has certain basic rights guaranteed
under the U.S. Constitution. Given the rise in state laws criminalizing
immigrants and their loved ones, it is more critical than ever for us to know
our rights and educate our communities about them.

That’s why we just updated our Know Your Rights resource, which helps immigrants who are stopped, arrested, or detained by
immigration or other law enforcement understand their rights under the law and
how to express them.
