Taxpayer,
We're suing the
National Institutes of Health (NIH). But let me explain...
Our investigators recently exposed a secretive, taxpayer-funded NIH
primate lab. And what we discovered will shock and sicken you: - Damaged
brains: NIH “white coats” destroy monkeys’ brains with toxic acid.
- Forcibly restrained: they're chained up by the neck and locked alone in tiny cages.
- They rip out their own hair: because they're deliberately frightened and tormented with snakes and
spiders.
- And Get This: NIH actually filmed these tests (50 hours worth!). But
it's refusing to release the videos, violating federal law!
Taxpayer, we just launched a new taxpayer petition to
hold the NIH accountable — and we need your signature today.
72 HOUR DEADLINE: Follow this link to become a citizen plaintiff and show
your support for our lawsuit.
Taxpayer — I'm outraged. And you should be too. You paid for these videos. You
have a right to see them!
We're suing the NIH on your behalf. You can show your support by signing this urgent
taxpayer petition.
It's a key test: Powerful Members of
Congress are weighing in against this failure of government transparency and accountability.
When you sign the petition, we'll submit your input to
the NIH Director and share it with Congress.
Taxpayer, this new lawsuit could "break the back" of the
NIH’s primate testing. We can't lose momentum now!
Let's get this done,
Daniel Lopez Campaign Coordinator White Coat Waste Project P.S. In 2017, we
filed a similar lawsuit against the FDA after it refused to release tapes documenting their baby monkey nicotine experiments. We won, and a few months later we shut down the entire lab, and retired the survivors to a sanctuary in
Florida!
We can do the same thing for the NIH monkeys, but only if we gather enough support. Please add your name before the deadline.
–Daniel
