Grounded Solutions Network has opened its application window for the latest ForEveryoneHome cohort. ForEveryoneHome is an 18-month technical assistance, peer learning, and community engagement program to help localities chart a path to inclusive housing production and preservation with lasting affordability. 

The policies created by Grounded Solutions Network and our first ForEveryoneHome cohort were designed to preserve nearly 1,800 affordable units and produce more than 1,500 new units with lasting affordability, in addition to preventing more than 5,300 evictions and foreclosures.

Through ForEveryoneHome, GSN and partner organization Up For Growth work with teams of municipal officials and community leaders where BIPOC households lack equitable access to affordable housing. If you know a local government or community leader—preferably housing directors and/or elected officials—interested in developing strong, lasting policies to close these gaps, please send along the application form. Applications are due by August 15.
