Breaking News - new parliamentary candidate selected

John,

I am delighted to tell you that Sian Berry has been chosen by Brighton and Hove Green Party to run in the General Election as our candidate in Brighton Pavilion.

Sian is passionate, principled and experienced – she would be an absolutely brilliant MP and a powerful Green voice in Parliament.

John, that Green voice is needed now more than ever.

This decade we are making the political decisions that will determine the liveability of our future.

As your Green MP, Sian would demand climate and nature action equal to the size and scale of the emergency. She’d stand up for ambitious action on tackling inequality and on running our public services for the common good, not private profit.

I need your help to make this happen.

The bigger parties are going to throw everything at making sure there are no more Green MPs and we urgently need your help to stop them.

So now the hard work begins to get Sian elected.

To win, we have to raise money to pay for a Campaign Manager.

To win, we have to pay for tens of thousands of leaflets to be delivered to every door, every month - and more.

To win, we have to withstand and win the relentless attacks on us locally by Labour.

When you give, you’ll be directly helping our campaign to urgently ramp up, mobilise support and grow our team.

I’ve been an MP now for 13 years and I know just how important it is that we elect Sian.

Please join me and help us win in Brighton Pavilion.

I know that with your support John, together we can stand up to the bigger parties and get an exciting new Green voice in Parliament.

Thank you so much.
