The primary election is getting closer and closer day by day! Team Wags is continuing to grow across Louisiana and the support for our movement is contagious. I cannot thank you enough for your dedication to a better Louisiana - whether it be through attending events, volunteering, donating, or sharing social media, you are all playing a vital role in the revival of our state.

This past Tuesday I attended the Sheriff’s Association Forum and had the pleasure to visit with Sheriffs and thank them for their work to keep our communities safe. As governor, I have a plan to make sure our men and women in uniform have the resources necessary to do their jobs.

I also attended the Fleur De Lis GOP Women’s Event last week. These ladies are ready for a governor who will push Louisiana forward, and it was a pleasure speaking with them! 

I had the pleasure of touring Himmel's Architectural Door and Hardware. I enjoyed talking with their employees as to how I can work aside small businesses to ensure they have the resources needed to create jobs and strengthen our state’s economy.
