Of course, we’re just getting started and justice for Andy will be served fully.
The court just entered default orders against three of the individual defendants in this case too.
But the fight is far from over.
The two remaining defendants in the case, John Hacker and Elizabeth Ritcher, will go to trial later this summer.
I hope this is just one of many victories to come for Andy.
He took a stand for real journalism, our First Amendment, and the rule of law – and he’s paid dearly.
