A new study has uncovered the cities that have invested the most in Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure and Nottingham is ranked in the top three!
In the city, there are:
166 charging points on the D2N2 network including 41 in the Broad Marsh Car Park, one of the largest installations in the UK
More EV charge points in park and ride sites than anywhere else in the UK
Solar-powered charging stations with battery storage
184 workplace EV charging points.
Plus, did you know that 42% of Nottingham City Council’s own fleet of vehicles is now electric?

First phase of Carlton Road cycle route complete!
The first phase of our safe segregated cycle route on Carlton Road is complete! Thank you for your patience as we've completed these works. In the future, we hope to bid for and win more funding to extend this scheme.
We plan to next begin work on a quiet route along Windmill Lane and we'll update you on those plans soon.

Works have begun on the new safe, segregated cycle route on St Ann's Well Road. Thanks to everyone who gave their feedback on the consultation earlier this spring.
These works should cause minimal disruption and are expected to run until spring 2024 - we'll keep you updated via the website, social media and our emails.

Don't forget, it's possible to use the tram and NCT group tickets either with or without up to three children - if you're travelling just with another adult and making multiple journeys, a group ticket may still be your best bet rather than individual tickets.
