John,

This weekend, I hit the road again with Lt. Gov. Jacqueline Coleman for a campaign swing through Shelbyville, Bardstown, Bowling Green, Georgetown, Lexington, and Richmond!

Let me tell you — being on the road to meet with Kentuckians and sharing my vision for the future of our Commonwealth is one of my favorite parts of this job. Here are some of my highlights from this weekend's trip:

Day One:

On Friday, we pulled into Sixth & Main Coffeehouse in Shelbyville, where I was greeted by dozens of smiling faces. Next, we headed to Bardstown and met a packed house at Scout & Scholar Brewery. Our last stop on Friday was in Bowling Green, where we opened a new field office and got a team of grassroots supporters ready to knock on doors and start phone banking for Team Beshear!

Day Two:

Our first stop on Saturday was at Fava's Restaurant in Georgetown — Scott County residents weathered the storms and showed up to support! The next stop was in Lexington, where we opened another field office for an energized crowd who was fired up and ready to get to work. Last and absolutely not least, we made our way to Dreaming Creek Brewery in Richmond and closed the tour with a perfect pint and an incredible crowd!

My main takeaway from this trip: People in every county across the Commonwealth are ready to fight for a Kentucky that works for everyone. This team of grassroots supporters is the heart and soul of this campaign, and I know that together we can win again in November.

John — I can't do this without you. We're going to need all hands on deck to defeat my opponent and keep making progress for Kentucky. If you can, contribute any amount today and help ensure I can win this close race >>> [link removed]

Until next time,

Andy
