For the past several years, we've been experiencing a disturbing rise in anti-Semitism and domestic terrorism, including the horrific attack on the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh.

As the third female Jewish U.S. Senator in American history, it is so important to me that we are rising to this challenge and ensuring that everyone is safe and welcome in this country. That's why I am proud to have founded and co-chair the Senate Bipartisan Task Force for Combating Anti-Semitism, and why I have been a champion for passing bipartisan legislation to increase security for all of our churches, synagogues, mosques, temples, and other houses of worship.

Another critical component in our battle against anti-Semitism is stopping hate before it starts through education. I'm proud to report that the House recently passed companion legislation to my Never Again Education Act to help empower educators and ensure they have the resources they need to teach the next generation of students about the horrors of the Holocaust.
