20% of voters are still undecided. Here's what that means:
We've got an update out of Michigan, John:
In the latest polling for the 2024 Michigan Senate race, Rep. Elissa Slotkin holds a very small lead over her likely Republican opponent. But the most interesting — and important — finding is that 20% of voters are still undecided in this race.
When we hear a figure like that, our game plan is clear: we've got to spend the next 15 months reaching every single one of those undecided voters and persuading them to protect reproductive rights and support Elissa Slotkin. Our Senate majority (not to mention our right to bodily autonomy) depends on it.
What does that kind of outreach look like? It looks like a robust, well-staffed field program; it looks like a strong digital presence across every platform; it looks like effective and frequent TV ads in every corner of the state. (At EMILYs List, we're not just helping to fund these projects in Michigan — we're doing it all across the country.)
When you donate to EMILYs List, you're giving pro-choice candidates like Elissa a much-needed head start in some tough races — and you're giving Democrats a leg up in the fight to hold onto the Senate majority. We can't do any of it without you, so please, chip in now:
